Julie Fincher is a passionate teacher and leader that has served in the field of education at every level. A Classroom Teacher, School Administrator, Regional Human Resources Manager, Teacher Recruiter, State Department of Education Auditor, National Director of Leadership Development and a Research-based creator and developer of the 2econd Win-7 Anchors for Building Thriving Leaders and Teams™ (a foundational leadership framework). Julie’s specialty areas of expertise are Leadership Development, School Improvement Processes and Human Resources Business Partnership. Julie is committed to
working with leaders to solve problems, develop teams, protect investments and scale impact.

Leadership Development Impact
Julie has led over 100 school improvement audits with the Georgia Department of Education that serves over 1.7. million public school students. Her work with the Georgia Department of Education was responsible for assisting Superintendents, Chiefs and School Leaders with meeting State k-12 learning standards. Julie has worked with all
of Georgia’s 181 local school districts to provide service and support to ensure that everystudent can learn.

Prior Experience
Julie has built a national portfolio of impact spanning K–12 schools, state agencies, and national nonprofits, beginning as a classroom teacher and private school administrator before moving into state-level leadership as a Lead Auditor with the Georgia Department of Education. She spent nearly a decade as a Human Resources Business Partner in Georgia’s 3rd largest school district that serves 100,000 students, advising leaders, managing complex organizational challenges, and driving talent strategy. Julie served as a national thought leader of Leadership Development and Social and Economic Mobility at The New Teacher Project (TNTP) one of the largest educational research consulting firms in the nation. Alongside these roles, Julie founded 2econd Win™, a woman-owned consulting firm specializing in leadership development, building thriving teams, and organizational coherence. Across all positions, she has consistently operated as a strategist, advisor, and developer of leaders, known for creating research-based frameworks the 7 Anchors™ that help leaders and teams thrive.
